Poster Presentations (applies to both Poster and Oral-Poster)
- Please format your poster to fit on a 2.4 m wide x 1.2 m high presentation pinup board.
- A poster 1.5 m wide x 1.0 m high in size is appropriate, but not mandatory.
- Both Poster and Oral-Poster presenters will have hard-copy poster pinup locations.
- Poster pinup boards will be numbered.
- Pins will be provided to fix posters.
- After MONDAY’s session, posters will need to be taken down immediately.
- TUESDAY’s posters will be allowed to stay up until after lunch on WEDNESDAY.

Oral-Poster Presentations (please see above for poster component)
- You will present a poster in one of the poster sessions; see above for poster instructions.
- You will also present a 10-minute oral presentation, with no questions; see below for oral presentation formatting instructions.

Oral Presentations
- You will present 15-minute talk, which will be followed by a 5-minute period for discussion and setup for the next speaker.
- Presentation slides should be in "landscape" orientation with page aspect ratios similar to A4 or "US Letter".
- Presentation slides should be displayable in common formats (e.g., PowerPoint, PDF).
- Care should be taken with video formats. Some compression codecs are not available on all computers and might prevent videos from playing during your presentation.
- Presentations will be displayed from conference-supplied computers and will have to be preloaded and tested during breaks preceding the sessions.
